Return of Goods Policy: Fragile Items and Misorders

1. Fragile Items:

  • In the unfortunate event that your order arrives with damaged or broken bottles due to mishandling during delivery, please contact Linkar Wine Pty Ltd’s customer service at Australia:+61 0430 533 534  China: +61 133 528 23191
    within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We will initiate the return process and arrange for the replacement of the damaged items.

2. Misorder from Our Warehouse:

  • If you have received an incorrect bottle of wine due to an error on our part, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will promptly arrange for the resenting of the correct bottle(s) to your address.

3. Return Procedure:

  • For both fragile items and misorders, the return procedure is as follows:
    • Contact our customer service team at Australia:+61 0430 533 534  China: +61 133 528 23191 to report the issue and request a return authorization.
    • Once the return is authorized, carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent further damage during transit.
    • Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the returned items.
    • Ship the return to Linkar Wine Warehouse at the provided return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Linkar Wine Pty Ltd will cover the return shipping costs for fragile items and misorders from our warehouse. Please use the provided return shipping label or contact our customer service for assistance.

5. Resending of Corrected Orders:

  • Upon receiving the returned items, we will verify the condition and promptly dispatch the corrected order to your address.
